Do you ship internationally?

Yes, yes we do! I've been taken a back by the amount of requests for international orders so Ultimate Family Planner has decided to ship internationally for you. Please note that you will be responsible for all customs and import fees, taxes and shipping costing to your designated address.

How long will my order take to process?

We aim to get to every order by the following business day to have it picked, packed and ready for pick up. If something should prevent this, you will be notified that there is a delay in your order, because let's be honest shit happens sometimes. Just please ensure that you read your product descriptions carefully because if the product you ordered is on Pre-Order, this will not apply.

How long will it take to get here?

Well that depends on a couple of things. At the moment we are in the middle of a pandemic which has effected the postal industry significantly. As well as this, where you live also effects the time frame. So what I can say is that I can control how quickly it leaves our warehouse and heads to you. You will be given tracking details for your order so you can see its whereabouts throughout its journey to your doorstep. Please note that once we have dispatched your order we are not responsible for the transit.

Pre-Order Items

The individual product listings, for products that are on Pre-Order or Release, will include the estimated arrival and/or release release date for said product. After that date is when the processing begins.

What if I want  to order a Pre-Order and In Stock product?

We definitely wont stop you! Thank you! If you order both a Pre-Order product and an In-Stock product, they will arrive separately unless you have requested for your In-Stock item to be held.
